By testing all team members prior to the development of a course, we are able to clearly and accurately monitor their progress. By benchmarking your team’s English skills against Trinity College London ESOL levels, we are able to set clear targets and training objectives.
Upon completion of a course (that exceeds 20 hours of instruction), we provide a complimentary Final Report, detailing the progress made by each participating team member and recommendations for further training.

We only charge for classroom teaching hours and provide the following complimentary services for all courses that include over 20 hours of instruction.
We arrange to visit your premises prior to the start of a programme and undertake a 15-minute placement test with all selected team members. We then prepare a report detailing placement test grades and suggested areas for study.
After completion of the pre-course test, we prepare a curriculum to match your training needs and the level of the participating team members. Additional revisions can be made after discussions with the course organisers and relevant departments.
Once the level, duration and target level of the course has been established and the curriculum has been approved, we can move ahead to prepare customised materials for the course. The development of these materials is included in the price of the course.
Upon completion of the course, a full set of all materials developed is presented to the course organiser for reference purposes.
During the final lesson of a course, we test participating staff against the content of the curriculum to establish their progress. The final report includes an individual summary of each team member’s progress.
We can provide attending students with a certificate upon completion of their training course, with the option of a joint certificate, countersigned by the course organisers or relevant department heads.
